Join certified AcroYoga teachers Whaka and Sara in this ALL LEVELS playful course that teaches you to be a super hero! The idea of flying or rather feeling no gravity and having a spring of child-like joy bubble over from inside-all at the same time. It is a return to innocence like you never felt before.

It is an amazing activity for couples as it builds fun, trust and communication.

It is great for singles because you learn about your body’s fundamentals and the art of twisting flipping and popping acrobatics! It is so easy to do when you learn the fundamentals &  the level of healing, gladness and laughter you experience will leave you wanting more, guaranteed!

Join certified AcroYoga teachers Whaka and Sara in this all level playful  course that teaches you to be a super hero!  

Part 1 | 12-2pm= Gift of Flight | $25 Advanced/$35 at door We will focus on fundamentals.  But even if you have had lots of flying experience we won't just do "bird" or "folded leaf".  We will play with other tricks that help teach the fundamentals and then learn how to weave a sequence together.

Part 2 | 3-6pm | $35 Advanced/$45 at door= Spin Cycle. This is for folks who want to take AcroYoga to the next level.    The washing machines we will learn are for those of you who have a strong understanding of the fundamentals and feel very comfortable in bird & throne.
