​Over the years, Whaka has flown over 5000 folks in the "Waka Flow".  Our last weekend in Los Angeles we want to teach as many humans as possible this AcroYoga Flow. 

It is an intermediate sequence, including table top and pasarita twist.  But we will modify for beginners.​
