Donation based, no partner, all levels workshop!  Even if you have not come to the other 3, come to this one :)!  We will be exploring the fun of flying on top of someone else's feet. We will be exploring the requirements of the Acro Revolution Teacher Training. The next one is in Hawaii April 9-21st.

Here is what we will explore:
Base and Fly all basic static poses same size with confidence:
• Front Bird/Front Plank
• Back Bird/Back Plank
• Reverse Bird
• Throne
• Whale
• Star
• Cathedral Shoulder Stand (flyer holding base thighs)
 

Base or Fly:
• 30 sec F2H
• 30 sec RF2H
• 30 sec Free Shoulder Stand
• 30 sec Free Star
• Cartwheels in slow motion
• Side Star to Side Star no base hands
• Jump to Reverse Star
• Barrel Roll
• High Barrel Roll

This is going to be fun and in these 5 classes we will be able to get through everything on this list and hopefully some fun fun washing machines.  

Common Questions:  Do you need experience?   NO!  We will be building our skills in progressions so that everyone old and new will be either refining the skill or learning it.

Do I need a partner?  NO!  Just show up, it always works out that there are enough people in the class.
