Packing List
Flight Information
We like to remind you less is more. But here are things to consider
Clothing
Tops
- 4 t-shirts
- 1 long sun protection shirt
- Yoga Tops (at least 2)
- 1 long sleeve shirt to keep you warm at night
- Sun hat (hopefully with secure strap)
- Corkies to make your sunglasses secure
- Dress (if you so choose)
- Rash/Sun Guard for SUP/Surfing
Bottoms
- 3 pairs shorts
- 1 pair lightweight pants (for jungle hikes)
- Swimsuit
- Yoga Pants (at least 2 pairs)
- Underwear (unless you don't want)
Town Clothes
- Casual clothes for travel to and from city and for going out in Puerto Viejo
Footwear
- 1 pair for walking (e.g. running shoes or light hiking shoes)
- 1 pair sandals
Miscellaneous
- Passport (valid 6 months before this travel date)
- Copy (maybe laminated) copy of passport (put in a safe place in your luggage)
- Sunglasses with retention strap
- Waterproof sun-screen (including lip screen...eco-friendly if possible)
- Toiletries: toothbrush, etc.
- Eco-friendly shampoo and soap (Dr. Bronner works well)
- Small beach towel
- Flashlight, or head lamp + extra batteries
- Earplugs (the monkeys are really loud...for reals)
- Bug spray (eco-friendly)
- Cash (most places in Costa Rica take US dollar, so bring lower bill amounts so that it is easy to use). We are close to a ATM
Optional
- camera
- binoculars
Yoga Equipment
- yoga mat (you really do need this)
- journal

Less is more. Try to bring just a carry-on.
