What is SUP? 

SUP = Stand Up Paddleboarding, your cure for summertime flat spells and a great new way to keep in shape! Stand Up Paddleboarding is just an over sized surfboard with a nice cushion top, a fin, and a paddle.  There is controversy as to who started this fastest growing sport in the world, but we believe it was the Hawaiians.  Do a little research and tell us what you think.

The most important thing is that this sport is so good for the body and soul.  It is a great crossover training for maintaining balance and exercising core muscles and leg muscles, as well as giving a full body workout.  Check out our Rental Rates and don't worry--you don't need to book a rental in advance.
